Talent Assessment Consultant – Super Indo

Responsibilities:

  • Support the assessment team in executing the end-to-end assessment process, including talent review and development of assessment tools.
  • Collaborate with team members to analyze assessment data and provide insights for talent development strategies.
  • Assist in the creation and implementation of talent assessment programs.
  • Conduct research to stay updated on best practices in talent assessment and make recommendations for improvement.

Requirements:

  • Open for fresh graduates with a degree in Psychology.
  • Preferred: Minimum of 1-year experience in talent assessment.
  • Minimum GPA of 3.00.
  • Strong knowledge and interest in handling psychological assessment tools.
  • Excellent analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities.
  • Must have a sense of urgency and be able to meet deadlines consistently.
