Responsibilities:
- Support the assessment team in executing the end-to-end assessment process, including talent review and development of assessment tools.
- Collaborate with team members to analyze assessment data and provide insights for talent development strategies.
- Assist in the creation and implementation of talent assessment programs.
- Conduct research to stay updated on best practices in talent assessment and make recommendations for improvement.
Requirements:
- Open for fresh graduates with a degree in Psychology.
- Preferred: Minimum of 1-year experience in talent assessment.
- Minimum GPA of 3.00.
- Strong knowledge and interest in handling psychological assessment tools.
- Excellent analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities.
- Must have a sense of urgency and be able to meet deadlines consistently.
